SC MN | Will be using Surestart as the frst pass herbicide on my corn. Final tillage pass last fall was with a tandem disk and it leveled nicely. Application will be with the coop's truck floater using 32% as the carrier. Being sensitive to emergence issues, should I 1) apply prior to my FC pass and incorporate, 2) apply after the FC and plant into the floater tracks or 3) follow the planter and risk risk a reduced stand in the compacted floater tracks? 5% silt/loam soil. Clean up pass to be Halex GT and atrazine. | |
