Must not have been hot and dry.
You can tell that by looking at the top leaf in the first picture and compare how it looks in the second picture. If those were only three days apart, that corn was growing rapidly. The really affected leaves didn't recover, they were replaced.
The quality of the mix water will affect that. Different levels of mineral content and pH are going to affect crop response to some degree. |
