Anyway talked to acct this week , he mentioned some new finicial reporting for LLC, He said because its a legal doc lawyers will have to file.it for us. He also said the CPA comunity was lobbying to be allowed to do , didn't know if that was gonna work.?? He did stress that thre fine was $500 a day and 2 yrs in jail. He said as of now we have until Dec to file but any new LLC only had a few days.
