Been a mild winter, so I'm betting my retailer hasn't bought any fresh recently. He will re-fill his tanks when he thinks the bottom is in.
Trying to make sense of your post, either your supplier doesn't have a lot of customers, or he has a lot of storage. For most LP Suppliers it is not practical to have season long storage to only sell off inventory.
