Coles County, Illinois | Mr Bowlus: You've been brainwashed. George W Bush appointed David Bury in 2001 who ruled that the EPA unlawfully registered those chemicals. It was approved in 2017 when Trump was in office and the EPA director was Scott Pruitt who had to resign because of ethical violations. I'm sure this ruling will work it's way up the judicial process so other Judges will have a say in the matter. | |
