I'd say it has broke dormancy here. I started top dressing today. Might be a little sticky in a few spots but beats the hell out of a drought. Cheat has really greened up in the fence and tree rows and edge of fields. Looks good right now, it's had more moisture on it already than the last 2 wheat crops have had on them
