SW OH | My daughter works for MANE running a horizontal paddle mixer. She makes powdered flavoring packages for all sorts of stuff including Doritos. She has to wear a mask at all times because of inhalation hazards. Some of the 50 pound bags she dumps in have health hazards warnings. She has given up eating several of her childhood favorites now that she knows what's in them. She also makes flavor for Takis chips. There are ingredients in that that have poison labels and when mixing that she has to wear a full face respirator.
