Southern Indiana | Any suggestions for unsticking a stuck valve? It is a plastic valve on a 2" pvc line coming from a pond to a tire tank. Valve is buried 2 feet underground and accessible through a 6" riser.
My chief fear is breaking the valve, so I am afraid to just bear down on it.
