Galena IL | Neighbor made one for mama hogs and piglets by using a 16 foot combination cow / hog wire panel and 8 junk car tires. He buried the tires laying on their side, inside of the tires filled with gravel, so only about 3 inches above the road surface then laid the panel on the tires, think he used staples maybe wire to hold the panel to the tires. Hooked the panel to his electric fence. I never seen a pig cross it.... Dennis | |
