We stack bales 3 high in our hoop sheds, it can stack 6x5 bales 3 high no problem with extending boom. Mines a jcb only one with extending boom I believe. As for how fast you can change controls setting to ur comfort level. it can get a bale 10 foot high real quick if you want.
