NC IL | You can try going to work analyzer, and selecting harvest, and exporting from there, should give it to you in a shapefile.
I haven't run across the .adm file yet, but Ill check a couple of my growers and see if I can find a path forward.
If you get the .shp to work, and are handy enough with python, Ive created a script that helps format it easier for SMS, as sometimes the columns can be different, and JD ops doesnt export the date column in a format sms reads.
