| My neighbor approached me recently looking for a group of 40-100 Holstein Angus cross bottle calves in the next week-10 days, "to keep himself busy for awhile". Locally all the big dairy's have them contracted to western calf growers. I told him I'd ask here as I don't know of anyone locally with that quantity. Anyone have any suggestions? He said you can buy random singles at the local barn for $250-425 but anyone advertising groups online he said is asking $500, is that the going rate these days?
