They need to be made on a computer program that has your field boundaries. 

JD Operations center is free and works well with 2630 of course. What are you trying to vary with the spray? Of course you'd need whatever layer you intend to base the Rx off too. 

SMS and others are paid programs that give more Rx options. Just depends what you want to do and what's needed to get that info. 

RTK signal has nothing to do with it at this point.
