If the truck is coming in 10 days I would just break it up enough to go through the auger.
If the corn is much above freezing one could probably turn the fan on and melt the ice/ crust. I assume it is form snow blowing in.
If you can get in the bin , just break it up and scatter.
If you can't, get a piece of PVC pipe long enough to reach it from the top hole.
Rebar and steel pipe work better but if you drop it in the bin PVC will beak up and go through the auger, Steel will not.
Truthfully, as much as I like to climb bins, I would run the fan when it is above freezing for a few hours or just pull out of the side draw and hope the chunk either goes out the side draw or breaks up enough to go out the sump.
