Latimer, Iowa (north central) | If you ever want to discuss it I have written all of my own P-index, RUSLE 2, MMP's, Master Matrixs, etc. Only do our own but have been doing it for a while. We have sites over that had to be permitted and unpermitted. Its not that difficult to qualify on the master matrix unless its a poor site. Usually is best to have extra points as they will find some issue with 1 or 2 of the things you should be getting credit for. Don't let the downloads and what appears to be insurmountable paperwork discourage you. I did a 4 year update, with new P indexes, fields, RUSLE 2, yesterday in about 4 hours. Hiring it done would have been 6 grand (1500 per year) ... The short form years take about 10 minutes a year.
I did do the 1 day training about 20 years ago put on by iowa state extension. Was worth it because Kapil would tell you the shortcuts. Software has been revised like 4 times since then but still similar enough.
Have heard good things about coalition but have never worked with them.
