| We have one. Only a year old. It has been a real solid unit when our nutritionist checks it. Service on it has been great. We are about 7i.sh miles from where they are manufactured. Only issues we have had so far was a door cylinder and twice the oil cooler failed on the autoshift transmission. I believe this is the first transmission of this type they put on a mixer. The transmission has been flawless and we are very happy with it so far. All of the issues were taken care of immediately in hours. I have not asked recently what the order time on a unit is. Our unit we ordered almost a year before it was manufactured and delivered.
