The Apex backup processing hasn't been shut off yet - it does shut off February 1st - so it's really important to contract your dealer / support to help figure out how to get that uploaded. Make sure that your Apex is updated as well - there were numerous breaking changes in the past that have been fixed in the most recent version available to update to.
