| This is our fix. Nut,wire and flange washer welded together. Your wire looks tight but maybe a chisel wedged in there would give enough gap to fanagle this in. This is all stainless but the wire. Drive bolt in from top and screw into nut held with wire. Then just break or cut wire off.
