StarFire iTC is out of commission now, but it had SF1 and SF2.
StarFire 3000 has SF1 and SF2
StarFire 6000 has SF1 and SF3
With all above, you had to get the $4000 Ready unlock, then get the $650 3 mo, $850 6 mo, $1050 1 yr plan.
SfarFire 7000 has SF1 and SF-RTK. No SF2 or SF3.
The 7000 does not have a "ready" unlock, but the only correction option is $1500 for a year.
