Went to friends house who had a dinner party. They (along with my wife helping them prepare today) are low carb almost carnivore and the meal was all low carb as was the desert (but we did have red wine).

Checked my blood sugar a couple hours later. 116. Yea!!!!!

No diabetic medicines, no insulin shots.

Success for a 35 year diabetic!
