I just made my own 3 prong plug to power up the 20/20 at the office.
Anyway, if you go to Data and then delete data, hit the down arrow, and their is an option to delete all, or factory reset your unit. I can't remember the exact buttons or language, but I know it's there and that did clear up some goofy behavior for me.
