Try this procedure, read carefuly and do everything as the instruction says step by step...
We are waiting for your feedback if it works...
Because of the bad battery, or bad power connection your FMX may lost power and did not close properly, so now probably it is a problem in the firmware or a corrupt code...
Is there any chance of losing activations doing this?
