Kansas | I have been thinking of getting started with some sort of farm management software for awhile and now would be the time to get started... My primary motives are probably field level records just to have a better handle on inputs and costs at that individual field level.
Harvest profit and traction are the two I'm familiar with. I'm not really looking to replace quickbooks as the primary accounting software right now but if that capability is an option I may in the future.
Another option would be to simply create a spreadsheet with a tab for each farm keeping it easy and cheap.
I'm just looking for thoughts or experiences with these softwares or any other recommendations as well.
