NW IL | A few years ago I needed firmware for a Hardi branded Integra. I emailed Hardi support and they sent me the following link:

I think the hardi HC9600 is same hardware as InCommand 1200?? You will need to navigate via the link to the correct monitor you are trying to update and download the appropriate file.
