I can’t imaging how big the animal was that this ham came from.
Our ex sister-in-law asked me to smoke this monster she got from a friend that had it butchered. I couldn’t get the lid on the smoker fully closed……had to wrap foil around the lid to get it to seal.
I had a 750# boar one time that might've had hams that big, but I didn't eat him, because I wasn't certain if I should chew it or have to use it for shoes. LOL |
