I'm trying to identify a power supply for a dell computer. It has a black 24 pin motherboard connector (not a 20+4), that is noticeably smaller than the white 24 pin connector of the PS that I purchased and wouldn't work. 

What do I have and where can I get  one.

A generic PS would be fine.
