The will is strong but the flesh is weak.
I hadn't had the time yet but one reading/watching I want to follow up on this winter is the neurons (yes like in the brain) that are in the intestines and the feedback loop they send of "that's good the body needs more". Unfortunate for our modern food options is these systems were calibrated to our nomadic days.
