No I did not know that. Most of the time I watch the whole video before posting it but if I see it is a good one sometimes I will post it while watching it. I'm guessing it is keeping track of where I am at in the video when I post (or sometimes I am watching it for the second time through).

You might try watching one to a particular point you want then try posting it in the test forum to see if that is a way to do it. I can see where that would be an advantage if you just wanted to point out a specific part of a presentation rather than having to list the number of minutes into it like I sometimes do.

When I check out my own links it sometimes would start out in the middle but I just figured that was my browser keeping track of where I was at. I do use Brave browser all the time rather than a specific Youtube ap. I like that Brave blocks the ads and popups mostly.
