The Ritchey tags are the best for longevity. But if they fall out or get ripped out, the longevity is a moot point.
Good readability depends on a contrast of light & dark colors. For me, that's a yellow tag with black writing. White, bright green, bright orange also do well with black letters.
On the contrast, a black tag with white characters is good.
