We tube with a 3/8" braided hose and get as much gas out as possible. Then tube with 5oz mineral oil. And 1tbs of dawn dish soap.
Have also heard of people using 20cc pen to kill all gut bacteria if really bad and then follow up with probios next 3 days after they get straightened out. I have no first hand knowledge of this though.
