NW Illinois Stephenson county | 15 years ago I slipped on some frosty stairs and tore my patella tendon off my left knee cap. I had to wear a brace for 6 weeks before I could start physical therapy. And then another six weeks before I could do most things. I was worried I could not bend my knee enough to change doors in my silo, But eventually I could bend it way past 90 degrees. Do the therapy. Over one week end a guy who had his knee replaced lost ground when I was going. You need to keep at it for flexibility. Good luck! |
