"They" have been bugging me to update Windows.  "They" being Microsoft.

I finally allowed them to do it earlier this week. 

Since then I have lost the ability to open cascading folders in Windows Explorer.  There used to be a sideways carrot, when clicked on, would open folders and documents inside that folder.  That carrot is no longer seen.

Did they take away that feature in the Windows update?  Or is there something that I can do on my computer to restore that feature?  It may not seem like a big deal, but I used that feature often, and it is an inconvenience not to have it available. How can I get it back?
