Subject: linoleic acid in vegetable oils

Pittsburg, Kansas
Researcher Ben Bikman talking about linoleic acid in vegetable or seed oils. He is doing research in his own lab on the subject. Linoleic acid in itself is not bad. Our body has a use for it. But we are consuming it in way to large quantities and in oxidized forms that affect our mitochondria in a negative way.
