 Pittsburg, Kansas | One line of thought is that vegetable/seed oils are affecting the mitochondrial membranes negatively. Contrarily fish oil and omega 3 type oils are better for mitochondrial function. Damned if I know.

I'm not promoting what is in the picture. A person would be a fool to do something just because I do. But wife and I have been taking the supplement for about a year. Is it helpful? Damned if I know.
