I’m late 40’s and have made the observation that folks that don’t look at age as a barrier tend to age better.   I got an uncle in his late 70’s the can toss off a load of square bales like a teenager he like the exercise.  Also have a neighbor close to 90 that bags and resells 50 pound bags of corn does 30-40 a day.  Grandfather milked til he was 76.    I do agree tho some folks need to give up the keys. Honestly states should do annual driving test after a certain age.
