JCo PA | Definitely agree with getting a sample sent to a lab. If that's 9.5 ppm you're likely going to have issues at any time during gestation. I don't know what you value your piglets at but if the feed savings doesn't make up for a large portion of what the piglets are worth I'd keep them off. Feeder pigs will be more forgiving and should just lose efficiency from higher vom levels.
