I take these sometimes with water. If I am really dehydrated I take two and take some tums or Rol-Aid’s throughout the day. Mg and Ca are divalent electrolytes. This magnesium is supposedly more water soluble and bioavailable than magnesium oxide powder.
Pedialyte better than Gatorade but both are mainly sodium.
Mg speeds up the colon (hydrates it I think) and calcium slows it down.
