When I try and charge my Android phone with the wire in my truck I get this notice:

Android Auto encountered an error

Communication error 8-

Your car's software didn't pass Android Auto security checks

Make sure the car's date and time are set correctly, and that Google Play services has been updated.

This is in a 2018 Chevy Silverado.

I have no idea what it's talking about.....there is a clock on the radio (and it's correct)....but I have no idea about any date-setting anywhere.

An Ideas what I need to change/do?
