If you want to track calories and nutrients, then the MyFitnessPal app is a good one and is free.
If you want to track activity and steps, then wearing a fitbit tracker and using the Fitbit app is good for that. The Fitbit app is also free.
If you have the Aria scale that Fitbit syncs up with, then you can track your weight, activity and sync it up to My Fitness Pal as well.
The apps are free, but you'd need to pay for the fitbit tracker and the scale. | |
