My office computer is on 24/7 running Windows 11 Home with McCafee antivirus.  It's an HP OMEN with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (Not that it means anything to me.  I lost track of processors when we got beyond a 486DX). I have Windows update turned off.  It has to ask to update.

It's on and logged in to Gmail.  If I want to access Facebook or AgTalk I click the icon and it opens.  For the last week or two when I get to the office I am logged out of Gmail an must go through the two step process to log in.  I click Facebook or AgTalk and instead of opening I have to go through the log in process.

As far as I know nothing has changed except something has changed.  Any ideas?

Oh, and one suggestion was to clear my cache.  Personally that sounds like going the wrong direction but it shouldn't hurt anything and is probably a good idea.  Question is how do I do that ?  In the good old days it was simple.  Things have been improved so much I can't find how to do it.
