Sure sounds like carpel tunnel. I had exactly the same symptoms . After an EMG that’s what the drs determined.
I didn’t believe that carpel tunnel could cause pain all the way up to my shoulder blade and make my whole arm numb. I finally gave in and had it done.
I had instant relief and resumed work with in a couple days with just a little pain in my wrist.
