South cental Ohio | I tried frying/popping/, whatever you'd call it-- to some sweet corn kernels that are mature and dry, ears actually still hanging on the stalks in the patch. The stuff wasn't half bad, actually good. I just used some bacon grease that was conveniently in a skillet on the stove. Is there any other ideas as to how to fix it? I've even heard that you can soak the corn for a couple hours and then fix it just like fresh corn. I'm all ears LOL. | |
