My 9 year old has a continuous glucose monitor. It’s called a Dexcom G6. It Bluetooth connects to a smart phone and you can customize alerts at certain blood sugar levels. You can also share real time glucose levels with anyone that has a smart phone and the dexcom share app. As parents we wouldn’t be without it.
I couldn’t do it without Dexcom, I attached picture, 9yr old daughter is wearing it on her right arm
Edit, paired with a tandem t slim pump they make a excellent duo
