I have watched him a lot in the past and I still catch one once in a while. He is not one I really follow all the time though. He is good. He tends to be a little more into vegetables than what I am but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I think he would appeal to a lot broader audience than some of the ones I follow more closely.

Still, his message is pretty much the same as the ones I follow. Cut out most of the sugar, most of the fast carbs and get rid of the highly processed foods and vegetable oils.
