The GS2 will work with the 4710, but as the poster above said, you will have to have some changes made to make it work with swath control pro, I know it can be done though. It also works well with the ATU, you just switch to the orignal GS diplay to change your settings. So for just plain autosteer in a tractor it is not to much of an advantage. It really is a benefit for combines and for seeding.
