Lowcountry SC | Having issues activating our new T30. Activated remote and when we attempt to activate drone the RC screen goes white and stays that way. If you hit the return button it prompts "exit activation. Yes or no". Talos recommended changing RC firmware to 509 and drone to 510, can change remote but not drone since the drop down menu for firmware selection isn't available, only says "activate". Did a hard RC reset, didn't work, Talos sent new RC, and still having the same issue with replacement RC. Before I call Talos again tomorrow does anyone have any recommendations? TIA
