West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | A neighbor has raised elk for over 20 years. There are quite a few elk farms in MN. The neighbors elk farm and the other elk farms I've seen have a lot money invested in what looks to be about 10' tall woven wire fence.
There used to be a guy raising white tail deer for retail not far from me. I remember hearing he might have had an issue with chronic wasting disease so I'm not sure if he's raising deer anymore or not. |
