| Had blood work done last week that showed my sodium level is 130, 135 is considered low. . Kidney Dr wants me to cut back on liquids, no more than 1.5 litres a day, that includes soups, & increase salt usage. FWIW, my BP is high. After a week there's no way that I feel I can meet these goals, especially while working in the heat. I have cut my liquid intake.
Who else is contending with low sodium levels? What have you done to increase your sodium levels? Not really a lover of salty foods. I did have covid the first of Aug & have been drinking Gatorade zero which has high sodium levels
