Virginia | This really isn't a breakfast dish but I've been eating this for supper a few times a week this summer.
Cook you a cup of minute rice with salt and pepper to taste. Some butter too. After you take out of microwave cut up several tomatoes and mix it all together.
Tomatoes and rice are delicious
This was supper other night. Blackened salmon, home made Pico de Gallo, tomatoes and rice.
When I was a kid, my grandmother would have leftover salmon cakes for breakfast. Salmon cakes and eggs are good
