This is a deep dive. It is an hour long. Technical yet presented for us mere mortals to be able to understand. The length of the presentation is the downside.

The reason I post it is it is a chance to get input directly from the lead author and researcher of a recent scientific paper on the subject (a couple of doctors that I follow and respect are also listed as authors). It is worth the listen if a person is interested and willing to put forth the effort to understand what he is talking about. Probably not for everyone because of its length.
